Where can subscriptions be shipped to?

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY Australia wide on coffee subscriptions. At this time, we do not ship overseas.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

Of course! Simply send us an email at least 7 days prior, and we will place your subscription on hold. We will not charge your card again until the date you choose your subscription to resume.

How do I cancel my subscription?

The subscription is ongoing, but there is NO minimum term, and no cancellation charge. Simply email us at least 7 days prior, and we will stop your subscription without any further charge. If you are going away, or may wish to resume in the near future, we recommend placing the subscription on hold so you do not need to repurchase. 

I moved! Can I change where my coffee is send?

Of course! As long as you have moved within Australia we can continue to supply. In the event you move overseas, then unfortunately we will need to cancel your subscription as we are unable to ship outside of Australia at this time.

Who will be delivering my coffee?

We use Australia Post for all subscription deliveries. This means we are also able to ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, as well as remote addresses infrequently serviced by private courier firms. We offer delivery tracking on all subscriptions so you can monitor when your fresh coffee will be arriving!

What cards do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard via our secure check out page.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged for the first shipment on the day that you subscribe to cover your first delivery, and then again one day prior to each subsequent delivery.

Will you grind the coffee for me?

While we strongly recommend you grind coffee fresh immediately prior to using it, we also appreciate that some customers require their coffee grinding. Please select the most appropriate grind when ordering your subscription.

Which coffee do you recommend?

If you are drinking espresso with milk, we recommend selecting our Nomad Blend. If you drink your espresso black, we recommend our Boots Blend. For those who brew with Aeropress, Plunger, V60 or other filter brewers, we recommend the Single Origin option.
